Please note: This class is being held at Symposium Wine Bar, in the village of Lancaster, at 19 W Main St., Suite 400, 14086.  Included in the price of the class is a complimentary beverage from the venue. Free free to enjoy brunch during class or stay afterwards to eat!
We are on the road again! This December, we’re headed over to Symposium Wine Bar, in Lancaster. This fun brunch class will be the perfect morning out during the hussle and bussle of the holiday season. In it, you will receive 8 sugar cookies, and we’ll go step by step to create this beautiful “Christmas in the Forest” theme. We’ll go over how to use royal icing to flood your cookies, use wet on wet techniques for super cool designs, and how to use stiff icing for fun details. And best of all, you get to take home your beautiful sugar creations!
Age minimum on this class is 10 years and up. In this particular class, all persons in the room must have a ticket to participate, due to limited seating. This means that a child and adult pair would need 2 tickets to attend. Please email us at [email protected] with any questions before class.

Upon signing up for this class, you agree to all rules and terms in the description about our classes on the website at https://buffalocakepops.com/product-category/classes/. Classes may be canceled on account of low attendance or on account of changing CDC/NY State guidelines for Covid 19 gatherings. We need 4 people signed up for a weekend class to run, and 6 people signed up on a week night to hold a class, but this number may change at the discretion of our business at any time. As of 12/9/22, there are no refunds for classes. If you are no longer able to attend a class you have signed up for, you may transfer your registration to someone else, you may notify us that you can no longer attend and we can try to fill your spot for you (if, and only if, someone signs up in your place, we can refund you), or you may use your class credit to purchase desserts from our bakery within 3 months of your class date.
