Lead Production Baker & Decorator

We’re currently hiring for a Lead Production Baker & Decorator to help lead the day-to-day production needs of our bakery.
This role is focused primarily on baking, decorating, kitchen organization, and production workflow in a fun, fast-paced creative environment. We’re looking for someone dependable, organized, self-motivated, and excited to grow alongside a small community-focused business.
Our #1 need is a strong production baker/decorator who takes pride in their work, enjoys both the artistic and operational sides of bakery work, and is excited to contribute creative ideas while helping our bakery continue to grow.
Position Highlights:
- PT: 25-35 hours/week
- Variable retail bakery schedule based on production demand
- Daytime weekday availability required
- Select Saturdays and occasional evening events/classes
- Starting Pay: $20-22.hour based on experience
Previous baking and decorating experience is strongly preferred, especially experience with custom desserts, cake pops, sugar cookies, cakes and cupcakes.
