BUFFALO! Last year this class was crazy! I am only offering TWO sessions of this class this year (since we’ll be offering a lot of NEW holiday decorating classes as well!). In this 3 hour class, you’ll receive 24 mini sugar cookies. We’ll go step by step to show you the sugar cookie decorating way, working with multiple consistencies of royal icing. You will have the freedom to use whatever color schemes and designs you’d like, but we will show you the basics to get you started. Designs will be similar to the picture above, but there will be NEW cookie designs this year as well!

This class will be 3 hours long, answering all your questions about decorating Christmas cookies you might have. You’ll receive a recipe for sugar cookie dough and royal icing, as well as a few items to take home if you’d like to practice your cookie decorating skills this season. When you’re through decorating, I’ll keep your cookies over night to dry completely- you’ll then need to return to the bakery the next couple days to individually heat seal your cookies for maximum freshness, and then you’ll go home with an advent calendar box to store your cookies in. Then, when December 1st arrives, you’ll have 1 cookie per day to enjoy!

We’ll also be offering kits for you to purchase, if you’d like to make another set or two at home.

Minimum age for this particular class is 8 years old. Every person in the room must register to participate, if you bring a child, you must have a registration for them and for you, in order to participate. This helps with spacing and seating in the room.

Upon signing up for this class, you agree to all rules and terms in the description about our classes on the website at https://buffalocakepops.com/product-category/classes/. Classes may be canceled on account of low attendance or on account of changing CDC/NY State guidelines for Covid 19 gatherings. We need 4 people signed up for a weekend class to run, and 6 people signed up on a week night to hold a class, but this number may change at the discretion of our business at any time. As of 12/9/22, there are no refunds for classes. If you are no longer able to attend a class you have signed up for, you may transfer your registration to someone else, you may notify us that you can no longer attend and we can try to fill your spot for you (if, and only if, someone signs up in your place, we can refund you), or you may use your class credit to purchase desserts from our bakery within 3 months of your class date.
