I’m super excited to be traveling to some new venue locations this summer! For our first ever class at First Line Brewing, located in Orchard Parch, you’ll receive 6 cookies with a luau theme, to celebrate the beginning of summer! We’ll go step by step to show you the sugar cookie way, including our usual class techniques of working with royal icing to base flood cookies, how to create wet-on-wet designs, and how to use stiffer designs to create texture and finishing touches on your cookies. You’ll also receive our royal icing recipe to practice your cookie decorating skills at home. A super fun cookie set to enjoy as we bask in the sunshine of our Buffalo summers!

Minimum age for this particular class is 8 years old. Every person in the room must register to participate, if you bring a child, you must have a registration for them and for you, in order to participate. This helps with spacing and seating in the room.

Upon signing up for this class, you agree to all rules and terms in the description about our classes on the website at https://buffalocakepops.com/product-category/classes/. Classes may be canceled on account of low attendance or on account of changing CDC/NY State guidelines for Covid 19 gatherings. We need 4 people signed up for a weekend class to run, and 6 people signed up on a week night to hold a class, but this number may change at the discretion of our business at any time. As of 12/9/22, there are no refunds for classes. If you are no longer able to attend a class you have signed up for, you may transfer your registration to someone else, you may notify us that you can no longer attend and we can try to fill your spot for you (if, and only if, someone signs up in your place, we can refund you), or you may use your class credit to purchase desserts from our bakery within 3 months of your class date.

Cancellation Policy

If a class is canceled by us due to low enrollment, instructor illness, or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule for a future class of your choice. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If You Cancel Your Enrollment :

  • 1 week before the class - You may request a full refund or transfer your registration to another available class.
  • 4-6 days before the class - You have the option to have your class registration switched to another decorating class within 2 months of the class date.
  • Less than 72 hours - We are unable to offer refunds or reschedules due to preparation and ingredient costs. No-Shows – No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows.
